b. Member's duties:
- Believing in the principals of The Party and attempting to spread out its ideas through dialog.
- Commitment to The Party higher bodies' decisions that do not contradict with the interest of the nation.
- Bringing forward the interest of the nation to that of The Party.
- Executing tasks he is charged with and contributing to all partisan activities.
- Participating in the general elections in favor of The Party candidates.
- Characterized by Straightness and good behavior.
- Exercising positive criticism and self criticism, and being away from libeling and deformation.
- Not to overlook any mistakes and to refer reports about the mistaken people in The Party to the control and investigation body.
- Paying up monthly subscription fees.
c. Members Rights:
- Freedom of opinion and speech, and adopting a deferent point of view deferent from that of The Party regarding some issues.
- The right of nomination and voting
- The right to criticize any partisan leadership or any member whatever political or organizational position he holds.
- The right to participate in all partisan activities.
- The right to directly object to sanctions imposed on him.
d. Loosing Party Membership:
- Member is judicially condemned because of any crime.
- Practicing violence or destroying public properties during peaceful demonstrations.
- Being member of another party at the same time.
- Engaging in actions and behaviors that seem offensive to other sects or factions.
- Utilizing his partisan position to achieve personal goals, such as bribery, embezzling The Party money, or forging its documents.
- Abstention to executing his partisan duties.
- Revealing The Party secrets.
