b. Partisan divisions:
- Partisan division is the leading unit in districts, countryside, and groups of professional and students, and it includes:
A chairman and a deputy
Partisan organization official
Information and culture official
Financial official
- The division periodically holds a meeting to discuss living and political conditions, study The Party leadership directives and discuss them, refer notes and enquiries the higher level leadership.
c. Partisan cells:
- They are the smallest organizational unit in The Party.
- Its task is to spread the partisan culture, to discuss the recent developments in the internal and external policies and the living condition, to refer suggestions and enquiries to the higher level of leadership, and to attempt to attract new members to The Party.
d. Party organizations abroad:
Organizations consist of units that vary in size according to the number of Party members who come from the relevant town.
These units decide the way they meet, which can be through the Internet or through phone.
The head of the unit refers his report periodically to the office of immigrant's subsidiary to the executive body.
V - Partisan membership:
a. Membership terms:
- To be a Syrian
- To believe in The Party goals and principals
- To be sixty years old
- Not to be member of any other political party at the same time (members of other parties who terminated their membership in those relevant parties may be accepted.)
