b. Periodical Conference:
- This conference is annually held and attended by all central partisan leaders and the leaders of regional and governorates branches upon a call from the legislative body.
- The chairman of The Party makes his annual speech in which he displays the achievements and mistakes of The Party during the past year and its forthcoming plans for the next year.
- Accomplishments and negative aspects in work and the member-related issues are discussed in the conference.
- In addition, Party suggestions, inquiries and attitudes regarding current issues and events are discussed.
- The conference shall be accidentally held upon a suggestion submitted from the majority in the legislative body in order to survey an immediate matter or urgent condition.
c. Governorate conference:
- It is an electoral conference attended by the chairman of the partisan organization in the governorate, his deputy, heads of its committees and offices, and the people's partisan leaders in the governorate, as well as those who succeeded in the regions' partisan elections.
- In this conference, voting for candidates to be nominated to the general electoral conference is carried out.
- This conference is held six months before the date of holding the general electoral conference

a. Governorates' Partisan Branches:
- It is the leading unit that represents The Party in the governorate, which executes The Party's informative, cultural and organizational policy at governorate level, and formulates plans to attract more qualified persons to The Party.
- The branch leadership includes:
A chairman and a deputy
Heads of committees of deferent specialties derived from the executive body office, most important of these are:
Partisan organizational committee
Information committee
Partisan cultural committee
Financial committee
- The branch periodically holds a meeting at least once per month.
- The branch refers its periodical or exceptional report to the executive body in which it discusses the organizational issues, suggestions, and members' opinions and enquiries.
