Party leading councils:
- Presidential council includes:
President of the Party, his deputy and assistants
Head of the legislative body, and his deputy and its permanent members
Head of the executive body and his deputy
Head of control and investigation body
- The board of the executive body: includes heads of the deferent body offices.
- The board of the legislative body: Includes the whole body members with or without the president of The Party and his deputy.
- These boards periodically or exceptionally meet to evaluate the work of The Party, follow up the execution of the previous decisions and the pending, process them, establish the necessary plans, and take actions suitable for the forthcoming stage.
III - Party conferences:
- General electoral conference
- Periodical Conference
- Governorate conference
a. General electoral conference:
- This conference is periodically held every four years.
- All central partisan leaders, the leaders of regional and governorates branches, as well as those who succeeded in partisan election in these regions and governorates, take part in this conference.
- In the session, the work of partisan leaderships, of achievements and mistakes made during the past stage, is discussed.
- Moreover, the attendants' suggestions and views are discussed, and important issues are put to vote.
- Partisan leading members are elected through direct democratic voting for those who are nominated to the following positions:
- The legislative body members
- The head of the executive body and his deputy
- Heads of the executive body offices
- Members of control and investigations body
- Leaders of regional and governorates branches and those who succeeded in election of these regions and governorates
