- The chairman of the authority has the right to give fit punishment concerning the violators, whether the violators are heads of the offices or sections in the governorates. Therefore he is responsible for his decisions in front of the leadership assembly.
- The most important executive offices:
- Party Organizing Office: Supervises the process of joining The Party in all governorates and region and preserves member forms, records, activities and reports, and levies sanctions on the oppositions and recommends those who are active in the Party to promote them.
- Information Office: Supervises the informative activity in the deferent mass media, such as Radio, TV, Newspapers, the Internet, as well as the partisan official newspaper in order to clarify The Party's point of view concerning deferent events and its attitude towards them, in addition to it ideology and methodology.
- Office of legal affairs: Presents the necessary legal advice concerning the work of The Party in order to ensure that it does not contradict with The Party's political decisions for the country constitution and laws to defend the Party and its members.
- Financial Office: For drawing up financial plans and supervising the processes of expenditure and revenues.
- Immigrant Office: Supervises the work of the partisan organizations abroad, receives their reports, deals with their problems and requests, replies to their inquiries, and provides them with partisan plans and instructions.
- Other Specialist Offices: Determined by the Party work necessities and established upon a request submitted by the head of the administrative body assistant to the chairman of The Party.
4. Control and Investigation Body:
- Members of this Body are directly elected in The Party's electoral conference, and the number of them is determined later.
- The Body elects the Chairman from its members.
- The Chairman of the Body appoints his deputy from the members.
- The task of this Body is to monitor the work of the deferent Party offices and to ensure its consistency with the constitution and the ideology of The Party and that the leadership of the Body is committed to the Party practices and actions.
- Receives members' complaints and objections and replies to them as soon as possible.
- Adopts the necessary recommendations or sanctions on minor members or leaderships, and refers its reports to the vice-chairman to get his opinion and recommendations concerning the important issues or to punish the major leaderships.
