2. The legislative authority:
- This authority consists of permanent and nonpermanent members:
The permanent members are the members of the constituent,
But the nonpermanent members are the members who are elected every four years in a democratic way through voting or direct ballot in the party's elector conference.
- The non-permanent members have the right of candidacy for three elector sessions.
- The legislative authority sets the general policy of the party for new period, in addition to the finical, administrative, economic, and organizational and mass media plans.
- It determines The Party attitudes towards local and international developments.
- The authority elects one of its members for the party's chairman, and one of the candidates for the vice-chairman in the elector conference.
- The authority draws the reliance from the party's chairman by one voice of two thirds of the members.
- It has the right to vote the party's chairman's decisions by one voice of the majority of the members in the authority.
- It has the power to call the major leadership for count, and then indicates the punishment concerning them. The sanctions include power of dismissal, freezing, and referring this leadership to the judiciary.
3 - Executive authority:
- The authority's task is applying the programs, plans and decisions of the legislative authority via its executive offices, whether they are political, informative, cultural and organizational.
- This authority supervises directly the work of the other participant organizations in the governorates and all areas.
- The authority is headed by an elected chairman. The chairman and the vice-chairman are elected every four years through direct ballot in the party's elector conference.
- The chairman and his deputy have the right of candidacy for only two elector sessions.
- The authority presents its periodical and irregular reports to the party's chairman's assistant for executive issues.
- The chairman appoints the heads of his different specializations offices, these heads are chosen from the bylaws of the candidates who are winners in the elections.
