1 - The party's presidential body:

• It is the supreme authority inside the party, and its task is making public decisions and commendations. Moreover, it is controlling the work of the leadership and calling its members to account.
• The body consists of the following:
  Chairman of the Party
  Vice-chairman Party
  Assistant Chairman for the executive issues
  Assistant Chairman for controlling and investigation affairs

a. Chairman of the Party:

• He leads the legislative meeting of the authority to set plans, programs and the general policies for the party.
• He certifies the party's decisions.
• Takes decisions, gives instructions required for carrying out the party's policy.
• He represents the party in official and public forums
• He suggests the names of the party's candidates for both the House of Lords and the parliament, and confirms their candidacy after getting the party's legislative authority agreement from the majority of its members.
• He proposes and asserts the candidacy of the party's candidate for heading the government if the party prevails over the general elections.
• He proposes and asserts the candidacy of the party's candidate for the presidential elections.
• The founder of the party holds the position of the party's chairman, in case of the chairman's death or gets a chronic and remediless disease preventing him from doing his duties and in case of committing a judicial crime, or two thirds of the members in the legislative authority agreed to name him the chairman of the party.
• Periodically, especially every four years, the party's chairman is elected from the legislative authority's members via their direct ballot.
• The party's chairman has the right to make any adequate administrative decisions, such as segregating, freezing, promoting, appointment the members, therefore he is completely responsible for his decisions in front of the legislative authority.
