Woman

Our party believes in the following:

• Women play an essential role in the lives of their families, communities and their country. A woman has the right to learn, work and to have equal opportunities like man.
  
  
• A woman has the entire right to practice all sport, social and, cultural activities. Besides she has the right to get all of facilities and motives needed for taking part in these activities.
  
  
• A woman has the right of practicing all political rights such as election, candidacy and holding different types of political and administrative posts.
  
  
• Embracing the laws and legislations that guarantee her rights and organize her relationship with work in case of giving birth or bringing up children.
  
  
• Embracing legislations which protect the woman from her husband's abuse and allow her to be divorced on her sole request.
  
  
• We believe that it is essential matter to give the woman other suitable financial and material compensations, in case of her divorce, in addition to her deferred sum. By doing this, we can guarantee her a decent and independent life for number of years indicated by law.
  
  
• Giving the right of nursing children to one of the parents who is reliable and can give them love and guardianship, and the decision of nursing must be made by a judgment of court or the husband and the wife's agreement, instead of currently used laws.
  
  
• Embracing legislations which prevent polygamy and make it limited.
  
  
• Embracing legislations that eliminate marriage of underage girls.
