The Palestinian Issue:

• The Palestinian Issue is the central case that the entire world agrees to solve it as a starting point to remove tension in the Middle East.
  
  
• We believe in the Palestinians' right to declare an independent state as a sovereign state side by side with Israel.
  
  
• The Palestinian has the full right to defend their sacred land using only international legal means of defense.
  
  
• We support their political struggle and provide all forms of political support to achieve their targets.
  
  
• We adopt neutrality towards their military struggle and we condemn any military act targeting the Palestinian or the Israel innocent civilians.
  
  
• Adopting a complete neutrality towards the Palestinians - Palestinians disputes and we believe in the importance of the Palestinian forces unity in its political struggle and the common action among constitutional frameworks for solving its interior conflict.
  
  
• We call Hamas and Islamic Jihad movement and the other military organizations to abandon military options and to adopt the political pressure for achieving their legal targets of independence and liberty. We understand their suffering, but we see no benefit from military options.
  
  
• We welcome any Israeli withdrawal from the Palestinian occupied land and we approve that this should be done in accordance with agreements between the Palestinians and the Israelis in the presence of international guarantees.
  
  
• We reject all attempts to Judaization Jerusalem and we support any agreement between the Israelis and the Palestinians to that issue.
  
  
• We believe in solving the Palestinian refugees problem as a base for comprehensive solution to the Palestinian issue and the party sees the possibility to establish an international monetary fund with the aid of the wealthy countries to pay appropriate compensation for the refugees wishing in change for their right abandonment to return and the assistance of their complete merger in countries they are living in and having the nationality and passports of those countries and pay appropriate compensation for the host countries.
