Decision- making:

Every one knows the extent of the political deterioration and the continuing isolation of the regime from the international community which had put the country in terrible situation affecting its progress and ability to cope up with the world rapid changes

The ruler's dictatorship of the foreign policy decisions may put the country in situations conflicting, entirely, with its national interests and lead it to face unknown difficulties.

So, our party sees that the foreign policy must be made by a national decision represented by the senates . The presidency bureau is responsible for execution of this policy represented by the president and his secretary of foreign affairs (holding the same position as that of ministry of foreign affairs in the present regime but he doesn't belong to the prime ministry).
