• Ensuring the basic freedoms the human rights have stipulated, including freedom of belief, and freedom of opinion and expression...
  
  
• "Right of privacy" for every individual in the society and prohibiting its violation under any condition related to public interest or other conditions without having judicial permission for the concerned agencies giving them the right of espionage.
  
  
• Suspending issuing of emergency laws with its all forms by the government or the State. These laws should be passed by the Senates only at times of urgency. Emergency should be uplifted as soon as possible.
  
  
• Canceling all currently- effective legal provisions which conflicts with the principle of public freedoms.
  
  
• Securing freedom of ownership and prohibiting transgression on others’ properties, unless it is under the law, and securing the principle of “the contract is the code for contractors.”
  
  
• Freedom of writing and publishing in different means in a way that doesn’t conflict with public morals.
  
  
• Releasing the freedom of establishing newspapers and lifting surveillance off audio and visual mass media.
  
  
• Freedom of partisan belonging and political activity.
  
  
• Freedom of demonstrating and peaceful strike.
  
  
• Freedom of forming syndicates and civil associations.

• Freedom of ethnic groups including Kurdish, Armenian, Assyrian and others to practice their traditions and their customs as well as celebrating their own occasions without restraints, a license or permission. Also, freedom of establishing educational institutions in their own languages.
