Judicial Authority:
It is an independent authority assigned with realizing equality, safeguarding the rights and securing freedoms ….. For this end our party is of the view of the following:
- The complete independence of the judiciary not allowing any sort of interference, surveillance or control of the executive power.
- Revocation of the Ministry of Justice (being currently part of the executive power) and replace it with a judiciary body presided by the Attorney General . The attorney general is to be nominated by the president of the state from amongst the heads of the judicial bodies. His appointment necessitates the approval of the Senates.
- The Attorney General nominates the supreme court'members from among the judicial body's personnel and their appointment requires the approval of the Senates.
- The Attorney general preside over the judicial council which, through its sub-committees, runs all administrative and financial aspects including the appointment of the heads of courts and public prosecution.
- The judicial power is held responsible for its performance before the congress and the Senates. Both of them are entitled to dispose the Attorney General and the judicial council.
- The legislation inspires its provisions from the necessities and the variables of life, a civil law not a religious one taking into account the values of religion but is not based on Islamic, Christian or any other jurisprudence
