Our Party believes that the president of the state should be a symbol of the country, holding limited privileges and is assigned with the external policy.
The president of the state deputizes a candidate of the majority party to form the cabinet which would pursue its privileges independently from the presidency.
The president of the state is to be elected through direct ballot. The right of nomination is wide-open for all parties and all citizens according to the provisions of the condition with the exception of the military men unless they had been out of service for more than three years.
The presidential period for the president and his deputy is five years, and may be re-elected once more only.
The necessity of the complete independence of the president and his deputy from political parties. This can be done by submitting their designations from the party which they belong to once they are elected.
The president of the state is to overtake the external policy designed by the senate; and is held responsible before both congress and Senates to justify his failure and drawbacks. Both councils are entitled to withdraw confidence with majority in case the president transgresses his powers or commits other mistakes defined by the constitution.
The president of the state shall appoint a secretary for foreign affairs (corresponding to Minister Foreign Affairs) helping him in the management of Foreign Affairs and implement its policy.
